We offer our netbook computer setup service in your home for convenience.

What's included?

• A short consultation about how your netbook computer will be setup, then unpack and ensure all the bits are in the box.
• Make sure it turns on and then configure Microsoft Windows and your user accounts using details you provided in the consultation.
• We'll setup and install any peripherals and software you bought with your new netbook.
• Set up your netbook computer at home so it connects to your broadband router, Internet connection and set up your email.
• If you bought mobile broadband with your netbook computer we'll install and set up the software for you.
• We'll make sure your netbook computer is secure by installing the latest Windows Updates, configuring parental controls and your Internet Security software (if purchased with your PC).
