If your Desktop PC breaks down don't worry — Stonegate Computers can help. Our Desktop PC Repair service includes a full diagnosis to find out what the problem is. We'll make recommendations about any parts that will be required and advise you on the price.
- We'll complete a consultation with you to understand the problems you are having.
- We'll carry out a diagnosis of your PC and advise what the problem is and what we need to do to repair your PC.
- Advise you on how long the repair will take and how much it will cost.
- Repairs are normally completed within 3 days.
- Once the repair is done we'll give you a call. We'll run through our service report and answer any questions you may have.
Exclusions
- We don't cover custom build PCs (unless built by us) with this service.
- Price excludes any software or parts needed to repair your PC.
